Submission Guidelines

Technical Paper Submission Instructions

Authors are invited to submit full papers of up to 20 double-spaced or 1.5 spaced pages. All submissions should be sent electronically in Postscript or Adobe PDF format. The electronic submission is available at EDAS (close).

Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted.

All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by experts and returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Papers of particular merit will be proposed for publication in ACM / Kluwer Wireless Networks (WINET).
