Paper Specifications

PAPER PAGE LIMIT:

REGULAR PAPERS: EIGHT (8) pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

POSTER OR SHORT PAPERS: FOUR (4) pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Up to TWO (2) extra pages for both regular papers and short or poster papers may be purchased at $100.00 (US dollars) per additional page.

Note: Each paper must have one FULL RATE registration attached and at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper. Papers without full registration will Not be included in the final proceedings. For more information about extra pages fees and registration please check QShine Registration.

Important Deadlines

PAPER DEADLINE: Final paper is due by 12 June 2005.

COPYRIGHT DEADLINE: A signed copyright release form is due by 12 June 2005.

QShine 2005 should be included on all correspondence and the copyright form. This will assure that your correspondence is directed immediately to Stephanie's desk.

Formatting your Paper

Your final papers MUST be formatted to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines (see link to "formatting instructions" below). It is highly recommended that you proofread and check the layout of your paper BEFORE submitting it to PDF eXpress™.
